We are state-licensed, meeting all the requirements of the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Our operations meet state regulations and are in compliance with Florida State Law Chapter 400 Florida, Statutes and 59 18 (AHCA). Additonally we are insured and bonded. All our caregivers are screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for past criminal records and abuse charges. We verify that they meet all immigration and naturalization requirements. They are also required to have a current medical exam and are independent contractors.We are extremely selective as to who we register to provide care to our clients. |
